According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture, this competition takes place every two years and is aimed at the mayors of cities at the regional and district levels.
The results of the competition are as follows:
- The first place was awarded to the city of Manas from the Jalal-Abad region, which received the title "Youth City of Kyrgyzstan" and a prize of 3 million soms;
- The second position was taken by the city of Naryn, located in the Naryn region, which was honored with the title "City Friendly to Children and Youth," as well as 2 million soms;
- The third place went to the city of Kara-Köl from the Jalal-Abad region, which also received the title "City Friendly to Children and Youth" and 1 million soms.
Over 5,000 young activists, entrepreneurs, students, representatives of youth organizations, as well as government officials and school presidents from all over the country participated in the youth forum.
