The plot was illegally transferred to private ownership with a change in its designation, which contradicts the specified Decree. As a result of the conducted measures, this plot and its buildings were returned to state ownership and transferred to the balance of the mayor's office of the city of Osh. This will improve social infrastructure and create more favorable living conditions for the city's residents, notes the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
The GKNB KR also emphasizes that all objects of state and municipal property that were illegally transferred to private hands must be returned to state ownership.
