They describe how they live in conditions of constant dirt: "We don't know who to turn to in order to solve this problem. This area looks like a rural area, not part of the city of Bishkek. There is no asphalt, and it is impossible to move around the streets due to constant slush. After the water supply was laid, the contractor left everything in terrible condition. Yes, there was no asphalt before, but now it has become even worse," local residents share.

After this information emerged, the press service of the Bishkek City Hall noted, referring to the Department of Capital Construction, that all work on laying the water supply in "Ak-Tilek-2" has been completed according to the approved projects.
In an official response, it is stated: "Work on restoring the road surface using a gravel-sand mixture has been completed on the mentioned streets. We also inform you that the photographs that were circulated are outdated and do not reflect the current state after the completion of all work."
