In his greeting, the mayor wished the children health, success in their studies and creativity, as well as a happy childhood and the realization of their most cherished dreams.
He noted: "You are our future. Be determined and hardworking, do not be afraid to dream, and believe in yourselves. Respect your parents, teachers, and elders."
About 3,000 children participated in the festive program, including honor students, active participants in school life, as well as winners of city and republican competitions, and children from large and socially vulnerable families.
