The court recognized the actions of the CEC as legal, which led to Zholdoshova filing a cassation appeal to the Supreme Court.
It is worth noting that during the voting, the candidate received the highest number of votes and was elected to the parliament through the women's quota. However, the district election commission identified violations at polling stations No. 5514 and 5249, which resulted in the annulment of their results. As a result, instead of Zholdoshova, according to the CEC's decision, Torobekova Nurchamal Tursunalievna was elected to the Jogorku Kenesh.
Zholdoshova filed a lawsuit in the Bishkek Administrative Court requesting the annulment of the Central Election Commission's resolution No. 190, which changed the final election results.
