In her lawsuit, Joldosheva asks the court to:
- cancel paragraph 2 and paragraph 3 of the CEC resolution dated December 8, 2025, No. 190, concerning the election results for district No. 8;
- recognize as illegal the protocol on the voting results, according to which Nurkamal Tursunalieva was declared the winner;
- cancel Tursunalieva's registration as an elected deputy.
The court has established that the lawsuit was filed in accordance with procedural norms and has accepted it for consideration.
It should be noted that the CEC previously excluded Joldosheva from the list of candidates based on the election results.
