“The bridge connecting Bokonbaeva and Leo Tolstoy streets is in terrible condition. There is no lighting in the evening, the road is covered with potholes, and during rainy weather, huge puddles form on the bridge. Children are forced to walk along the edge to cross to the other side. This is our main route when Aitmatov Avenue is closed,” she shared.
The press service of the Bishkek city administration, referring to MTU No. 105, reported that an inspection of the pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Aitmatov Avenue and Bokonbaeva Street was conducted on December 15. As a result of the inspection, it was found that the asphalt surface is in poor condition. MTU has sent a request to the municipal enterprise "Bishkekasphaltservice" to carry out the necessary work.
