Residents claim: "We are tired of young people, presumably students, coming into our yard, leaving trash, smoking, and constantly starting fights. The ditch behind the house is piled up with waste, causing a strong odor. We cannot open our windows because of the stinky garbage. Many nearby cafes and pie stalls ignore our complaints, even though we have already approached their owners."
We clean up the trash daily, but it’s useless. The youth continue to leave more and more waste.
In response to the complaints, the press service of the Bishkek city administration reports that the administration of the Pervomaisky district has conducted explanatory talks with entrepreneurs and has also instructed the municipal enterprise "Tazalyk" to clean the irrigation systems in the adjacent area.
