Vice Mayor Ramiz Aliyev reported that concrete arches for the first underground crossing were ordered from Kazakhstan.
“The first crossing on Aitmatov Avenue will be ready in just two weeks. Without the delivery of concrete arches from Almaty, it would have been impossible to complete the project. However, the company 'Kum-Shagyl' is now independently producing concrete structures for the second and third crossings. If everything goes according to plan, work will begin in January,” Aliyev noted.
It is worth reminding that earlier the construction of an overpass was considered on this avenue. Work on this project began, but later it became clear that the site allocated for the bridge had been dismantled. In October of this year, the construction of the underground crossing began.
