On January 18, 2026, a woman named S.A., born in 1986, reported to the Tokmok Internal Affairs Department. She stated that on January 17, around 21:00, near the "Atake" store, unknown individuals named E and A forcibly placed her minor daughter, I.T., born in 2008, into a white Hyundai Grandeur car. This information was provided to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region.
According to the applicant, her daughter was subjected to violence: the kidnappers drove her to various locations, inflicted physical injuries on her, including stab wounds, strangled her, and attempted to take her life.
Eventually, the girl was left near the "Zhannat" hotel, located in the village of Chui in the Chui district. In connection with this incident, a criminal case was registered under Article 165 (Kidnapping) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities, police officers were able to identify and detain the suspects — A.E., born in 1993, and A.A., born in 1994. Both were placed in a temporary detention facility.
All necessary forensic examinations have been appointed as part of the criminal case. The investigation into this case is ongoing.
