During the investigation, systematic violations by the aforementioned officials were revealed, who organized a corruption scheme from 2022 to 2023. They illegally provided land plots for recreational purposes located within the state forest fund, in advantageous locations along the main road leading to the city of Talas. In particular, plots were allocated to citizens, including M.N.I. (3.2 ha), K.u.Ch. (3 ha), A.G.A. (the akim's wife, 2 ha), and S.M.T. (1.2 ha). These lands were used for the construction of recreation areas.
The land plots were allocated without the necessary calculations and payment of mandatory forest losses, there were no positive conclusions from the state ecological expertise, nor registration with the cadastral authorities. The damage from evading the payment of forest losses exceeded 23 million soms.
Furthermore, in 2024, akim A.B.M., using his official powers and acting in the interests of certain individuals, without the necessary permits and in collusion with former deputy of the Ak-Dobo rural district S.I.A. and former head of the rural district B.O.Dzh., allowed the felling of 475 "pyramidal poplar" trees, causing damage to the state amounting to 5 million 310 thousand 505 soms.
Furthermore, in 2024, akim A.B.M., using his official powers and acting in the interests of certain individuals, without the necessary permits and in collusion with former deputy of the Ak-Dobo rural district S.I.A. and former head of the rural district B.O.Dzh., allowed the felling of 475 "pyramidal poplar" trees, causing damage to the state amounting to 5 million 310 thousand 505 soms.
Currently, A.B.M. and A.N.Dzh. have been detained and are in the temporary detention facility of the Talas city police. Investigative actions are ongoing to identify other participants in the corruption scheme.
