The discovered cigarettes lacked the necessary accompanying documents and excise stamps.
Primary procedural documents were drawn up regarding this incident in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, the case materials are being prepared for transfer to law enforcement agencies, where a corresponding legal assessment will be conducted and a procedural decision will be made.
