Nurzhan Alapaeva appointed Deputy Akim of Tyup District, Ermekan Dyushebaeva — Vice Mayor of the city of Karakol

In the Issyk-Kul region, in the Tyup district, there have been personnel changes in the leadership. The new appointments were announced at a recent meeting.

Ermekan Dyushebaeva, who previously held the position of deputy akim of the Tyup district, will now work as the vice-mayor of the city of Karakol. In turn, Nurzhan Alapaeva, who previously served as the vice-mayor of Karakol, has been appointed as the new deputy akim of the Tyup district.

These changes were confirmed by the district akim Timur Madyarov during his speech at the meeting.

Ermekan Dyushebaeva worked as the deputy akim for almost nine years. In recognition of her contributions, she was awarded the title of "Honorary Citizen of the Tyup District," after which she was seen off to her new place of work.

Nurzhan Alapaeva, born on October 17, 1979, in Naryn, Naryn region, has experience working in various government structures.

In 2001, she graduated from the Issyk-Kul State University named after K. Tynystanov, obtaining a degree in "Accounting and Audit."

In 2023, Nurzhan underwent professional retraining at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation in Moscow.

Nurzhan began her career in 2003, working as a leading specialist in the Naryn District Department of Social Protection. She held various managerial positions in the Department of Social Protection, and from 2022 to 2024, she was the deputy director, and from 2024 to 2025, she served as the director.

Since May 16, 2025, Nurzhan has held the position of vice-mayor of Karakol.

On a personal front, she is married and raising four children.
