Avazbek Polotovich Taiypov was born on June 12, 1981, in Batken, located in the same-named region.
Education
- From 1998 to 2003, he received his education at the I. Arabaev Kyrgyz State University, where he studied physics and mathematics and specialized in "Informatics."
- From 2003 to 2005, he studied at Batken State University in the Faculty of Information Technologies, also specializing in "Informatics-Mathematics."
- In 2023, he completed his studies at the Faculty of Economics of Batken State University, obtaining a degree in "Finance and Credit."

- From February 1, 2003, to February 9, 2004, he worked in the Batken Regional Land Survey Expedition as a first-category specialist in the delimitation department.
- From February 9, 2004, to January 1, 2006, he was also a first-category specialist in the main department of the Batken Regional Land Survey Expedition.
