The staff of the two National Cardiology Centers met the new leaders, introduced by the First Deputy Minister of Health Aibek Matkerimov and Deputy Minister Bakytbek Kadyraliev.

According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, Talant Eraliyev became the new head of the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy named after M. Mirrakhimov, while Jalil Sheishenov was appointed as the head of the Research Institute of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation.

During the introduction of the new appointments, Aibek Matkerimov emphasized the importance of clear and coordinated work in the cardiology assistance system, noting that previously identified problems require effective management solutions. He expressed hope that the new team would ensure a high level of discipline, organization of processes, and clinical outcomes.






Information about Talant Eraliyev:

Eraliyev Talant Kakanovich

Born in 1987, Kyrgyz.

Education — higher medical.

In 2011, Talant Eraliyev graduated from the Military Medical Academy named after S. M. Kirov in St. Petersburg, obtaining a degree in "General Medicine." Then, from 2011 to 2012, he completed an internship in "Surgery" and in 2012 took a course in interventional cardiology at the "SEMA" medical center in Almaty.

From 2012 to 2014, he worked as a senior resident in the surgical department of the Military Hospital in Osh. In 2013–2014, he also worked as an interventional cardiologist at the "Cardio Asia Plus" center in Osh.

From 2016 to 2022, he served as the head of the surgical department of the Military Hospital in Osh, while also working as a doctor of X-ray endovascular diagnostics and treatment at "Cardio Asia Plus" and as an endovascular surgeon at the Osh Regional Hospital.

From 2019 to 2023, he was the deputy chief and head of the medical service of the Military Hospital in Osh. In 2022–2023, he worked at the "EUROCLINIC" medical center in Osh.

From 2022 to January 2026, he was a doctor of X-ray endovascular diagnostics at the "Kyrgyzstan-Russia" clinic in Osh. He holds a PhD in medical sciences obtained from the Institute of Circulatory Pathology named after Academician E. N. Meshalkin in Novosibirsk. He is the chairman of the "Kyrgyz Scientific Medical Society of X-ray Endovascular Surgeons."

Information about Jalil Sheishenov:

Sheishenov Jalil Orozobekovich

Born in 1975, Kyrgyz.

Education — higher medical.

In 1999, he graduated from the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy named after I. K. Akhunbaev with a degree in "General Medicine," after which he completed a clinical residency in "Cardiovascular Surgery" at the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy.

From 2002 to 2007, he worked as a cardiac surgeon in the department of acquired heart defects at the Research Institute of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation.

After that, from 2007 to 2021, he held the position of head of the cardiac surgery department at the Scientific Clinical Center in Taraz, and then from 2021 to 2023, he was the deputy director for medical work.

From 2023 to January 2026, he headed the Scientific Clinical Center "Bishkek Cardio." In 2012, he defended his PhD dissertation in Russia and is the author of several patents and scientific publications.

From 2010 to 2023, he worked as the chief specialist in cardiac surgery in the Zhambyl region of Kazakhstan and was a member of the scientific societies EACTS and EAACTS.

His main areas of work are surgery for congenital heart defects and minimally invasive cardiac surgery. Sheishenov actively engages in training primary care physicians and implementing telemedicine technologies.

For his achievements in work, he has been awarded Honorary Certificates and the badge "Excellence in Healthcare" in Kazakhstan.
