Cholpon Shamsutdin has taken the position of director of the state sanitary and epidemiological supervision department.
It is noteworthy that in November 2025, Abdykadir Joroev, who previously headed the disease prevention and state sanitary and epidemiological supervision department, left his position.
Cholpon Shamsutdin was previously the deputy director and has significant experience in the field of sanitary and epidemiological supervision.
Also removed from their positions were Talantbek Sooronbaev, who led the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy named after Mirrakhimov, and Samidin Shabyraliev, who headed the Research Institute of Heart Surgery and Organ Transplantation. They left due to identified violations in the operations of the institutions and non-compliance with their positions. The vacant positions will be filled by candidates who are young yet experienced specialists, including those with work experience abroad.
Kurmanbek Sokeev has been relieved of his duties as Deputy Chairman of the State Penal Enforcement Service.
Additionally, he also held the position of head of the protection and convoy department.
Kurmanbek Sokeev was appointed Deputy Head of the State Penal Enforcement Service in April 2025.
Zamirbek Kenenbaev has become the Deputy Director of the State Agency for Management of State Property.
El'dana Satarova has been relieved of her duties as Deputy Director of the State Agency for Management of State Property.
Zamirbek Kenenbaev was born on November 9, 1981, and graduated from the Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn, where he studied legal and economic disciplines, as well as customs affairs.
He has worked in various government structures, including the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes, the State Tax Service, and the State Agency for Control over the Production and Circulation of Ethyl Alcohol.
Prior to his new appointment, he served as the Deputy Director of the State Enterprise "Directorate for Management of Facilities" under the State Agency for Management of State Property.

Kanybek Zholchubekov has been appointed as the director of the department of physical culture and sports, as well as tourism and youth affairs. Previously, he worked as the director of the specialized children and youth Olympic reserve school named after Raatbek Sanatbaev.
Joomart Shamkanov has become the director of the specialized children and youth school "Dolphin".
Salmoorbek Karagulov has been appointed head of the Fire Supervision Service under the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Previously, he led the service management in the Talas and Chui regions.
Busurman Odurakaev has been elected chairman of the Union of Cinematographers.
He replaced Talaybek Kulmendeev, who held this position since 2015.
Busurman Odurakaev is a People's Artist of Kyrgyzstan, a renowned actor and director.
Nurdooolot Moldali uulu has been appointed head of the Municipal Enterprise "Zelenhoz" ("Green Farm").
Previously, this position was held by Emir Moldakunov.
The new head worked as the chief engineer of the municipal enterprise before his appointment.
