Kanybek Dosmambetov appointed Minister of Health
Since the beginning of December, Dosmambetov has been acting as the minister, replacing Erkin Checheybaev. His candidacy has now been officially approved.
The deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh supported his appointment without discussion: 71 votes were cast in favor, and no one voted against.
The decree on his appointment has already been signed by the country's president, Sadyr Japarov.
Kanybek Dosmambetov was born on January 20, 1979, and has a legal education obtained from the Kyrgyz State National University. His career began in law enforcement, where he held various positions, including Deputy Director of the Anti-Corruption Service of the GKNB.
In 2021, he was transferred to the GKNB as part of personnel rotation.
Gulzat Isamatova appointed Acting Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations
Parliamentarians asked her questions, after which 77 deputies supported her candidacy, and one voted against.
Gulzat Isamatova, born on April 21, 1983, previously held the position of Vice-Rector for International Relations and Investments at the Kusein Karasaev Bishkek Humanities University.
It should be noted that Baktyiar Orozov was dismissed from the position of Minister of Science due to a violation of ethical norms when he was stopped by traffic inspectors in the village of Koy-Tash.
Temirkul Baltabaev appointed Director of the Department of State Buildings under the Presidential Administration
Temirkul Baltabaev, born on March 10, 1990, previously headed the board of the State Mortgage Company and served as the head of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzstroyservice".
Changes in the composition of deputies in the Bishkek City Council
Two deputies of the Bishkek City Council — Kuanychbek Kongantiev and Zhanibek Abirov — have resigned as they have entered the new composition of the Jogorku Kenesh.
They have been replaced by Bekzat Mamyrkanov and Aibek Dunkanaev, respectively.
Shukur Azhy Ismailov appointed Deputy Mufti of Kyrgyzstan
He has higher secular and religious education, specializing in jurisprudence and Islamic law, and is also proficient in Arabic philology. Ismailov holds a PhD in legal sciences and is a candidate of historical sciences.
His experience includes work in religious and educational institutions: he served as Deputy Director of the Islamic Institute of Hazreti Osmon, led departments and faculties in Islamic and secular universities, and headed a research institute and the Department of Religious Education of the DUMK.
