Today, the presentation of the new director — Talant Eraliyev — took place at the National Center for Cardiology and Therapy named after M. Mirrakhimov.
The First Deputy Minister of Health Aibek Matkerimov, speaking at the event, emphasized the importance of coordinated work within the cardiology assistance system.
“The previously identified problems require timely management decisions. We are confident that the new team will ensure the organization of processes, discipline, and high clinical results,” he explained.

Talant Eraliyev Kakanovich,
born in 1987, of Kyrgyz nationality,
holds a higher medical education.
In 2011, he completed his studies at the Military Medical Academy named after S. M. Kirov in St. Petersburg, obtaining a degree in "General Medicine".
From 2011 to 2012, Eraliyev underwent an internship in "Surgery", and in 2012, he completed a course in interventional cardiology at the "SEMA" medical center in Almaty (Kazakhstan).
From 2012 to 2014, he worked as a senior resident in the surgical department of the Military Hospital in Osh.
During 2013–2014, he also held the position of interventional cardiologist at the "Cardio Asia Plus" medical center (Osh).
From 2016 to 2022, Eraliyev was the head of the surgical department of the Military Hospital in Osh, while also serving as a doctor of X-ray endovascular diagnostics and treatment at "Cardio Asia Plus", as well as an endovascular surgeon at the Osh Regional Unified Clinical Hospital.
From 2019 to 2023, he served as the head of the medical service and deputy head of the Military Hospital in Osh.
In 2022–2023, he worked as a doctor of X-ray endovascular diagnostics and treatment at the "EUROCLINIC" medical center (Osh).
From 2022 until January 2026, he held the position of doctor of X-ray endovascular diagnostics and treatment at the "Kyrgyzstan-Russia" clinic in Osh.
Talant Eraliyev holds a PhD in medical sciences obtained from the Institute of Circulatory Pathology named after Academician E. N. Meshalkin (Novosibirsk) of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation.
In addition, he headed the "Kyrgyz Scientific Medical Society of X-ray Endovascular Surgeons".
