On January 26, 2026, a meeting took place at the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic, located in Osh, with representatives of the company "Elit-Stroy-City," which also included specialists from the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services. The meeting was attended by Kasyimzhanov B.K., Ali uulu B., and Sultanov U.O.
During the discussion, factors influencing the progress of construction work were presented, as well as the reasons that led to delays in the transfer of residential properties for self-finishing.
Representatives of "Elit-Stroy-City" were informed about the state policy aimed at supporting the business environment and creating conditions for its development, as well as the importance of adhering to legislation and obligations to shareholders.
As a result of the meeting, the company's management committed to completing construction work and handing over properties for self-finishing by September 2026. It was also reported that the management of "Elit-Stroy-City" would be subject to travel restrictions abroad until the construction work is completed, and enhanced control would be established over the phased handover of residential properties.
