On January 26, a meeting was held in Osh with the general director of the construction company "Elit-Stroy-City," as reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
The reason for this meeting was media reports about a video appeal from residents of the "Manas" residential complex to President Sadyr Japarov and to the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Chairman of the GKNB Kamchybek Tashiev. The appeal addressed the need to take measures against the company "Elit-Stroy-City" due to delays in the handover of apartments and the slowdown in construction pace.
During the meeting, information was discussed regarding the reasons affecting the progress of construction work, as well as the factors leading to delays in the delivery of residential properties.
Representatives of "Elit-Stroy-City" were informed about the state policy aimed at supporting the business environment and creating comfortable conditions for its growth, as well as the importance of complying with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and obligations to shareholders.
As a result of the meeting, the management of "Elit-Stroy-City" committed to completing construction work and handing over the properties for self-finishing by September 2026.
It was also reported that restrictions have been imposed on the company's representatives regarding crossing the state border until the construction work is completed, and there will be increased control over the phased delivery of residential properties.
