The State Committee for National Security has intensified oversight of the company's activities
An inspection has begun at the construction company "Elite-Stroy-City," as reported by the press service of the State Committee for National Security.
This step was a result of residents of the "Manas" residential complex addressing President Sadyr Japarov, the Deputy Prime Minister, and the head of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev. Apartment owners expressed dissatisfaction regarding delays in the handover of housing and the slow progress of construction contractors.
In this regard, law enforcement agencies initiated a series of measures for verification.
Yesterday, a meeting was held at the main office of the State Committee for National Security in Osh and the Osh region, with the participation of representatives from the Ministry of Construction, the State Committee for National Security, and the management of the construction company — Kasymjanov B.K., Ali uulu B., and Sultanov U.O.
As a result of this meeting, an agreement was reached whereby the company committed to completing the work and handing over the facilities for subsequent repairs by September 2026. During this period, restrictions on their management's travel abroad have been imposed, and enhanced control over the stages of the handover of residential properties has been implemented.
