President Sadyr Japarov issued a decree appointing judges to the local courts of the Kyrgyz Republic. This decision is based on paragraph 3 of part 4 of article 70 and the second paragraph of part 8 of article 95 of the Constitution, as well as part 3 of article 25 of the constitutional Law "On the Status of Judges of the Kyrgyz Republic." The decree was adopted upon the recommendation of the Justice Affairs Council regarding the candidates for these positions.
The following individuals have been appointed as judges of the local courts for a term of 5 years for the first time:
- Akyldbekova Aijamal Akyldbekovna;
- Dzhamburchieva Kanykey Ashirbekovna;
- Madanbekova Lira Orumbekovna;
- Ryskulov Askat Zhanibaevich;
- Sarybaev Samarbek Nazarbekovich.
This decree comes into effect upon its signing.
