According to the provided data, a resident of the Osh region, born in 1988, M.K., contacted the investigative service of the regional police with a statement.
In his appeal, he mentioned that on the night of January 8 to 9, 2026, between 11:30 PM and 4:00 AM, his daughter R.M., born in 2009, was subjected to violence by three young men known as T., Zh., and A. The girl was brutally humiliated, having her eyebrows and part of her hair shaved off. The applicant requested that necessary measures be taken.
Due to the injuries sustained, R.M. was hospitalized in the Uzgen District Hospital.
This situation was registered by the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Department of Jalal-Abad region in the Unified Register of Crimes, qualified under Article 138 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Torture"), and a criminal case was initiated.
During operational search activities, the suspects were detained: T.N., born in 1988, a resident of the Bazar-Korgon district, and N.A., born in 2006, a resident of the Suzak district.
The Manas City Court decided to arrest them for a period of one month.
Additionally, it became known that T.N. had previously been convicted of hooliganism and fraud, as stated in the report.
