According to the local mayor's office, a working group was created, consisting of employees from the mayor's office and its structural divisions, to ensure the full implementation of the constitutional law "On the State Language of the Kyrgyz Republic" and to increase the use of the state language in society.
As part of the activities, the requirements of Articles 26 and 31 of the mentioned law were clarified. In particular, business owners were informed that advertisements, signs, and informational plaques must be formatted in the established order: first in the state language, then in the official language. The owners received corresponding warnings.
After the expiration of the established deadline, a check is planned to assess the elimination of identified violations and the compliance with the issued warnings.
