At a meeting with citizens at the State Center for Vehicle and Driver Registration, President Sadyr Japarov spoke about his personal losses caused by road accidents.
He reported that his younger brother and his wife died in a traffic accident, leaving behind four children who, fortunately, survived but were injured.
“In 2019, I lost my older son in an accident. There are thousands of stories like mine. To prevent fatalities on the roads, it is essential to seriously educate people about traffic rules. Ten months of training will pass quickly,” the president added.
