Doctors shared their experiences of working abroad, voiced suggestions, and asked questions about employment and adaptation in Kyrgyzstan. At the end of the meeting, several young specialists expressed their willingness to consider the possibility of returning and continuing their careers in the healthcare sector of their country.
Kanybek Dosmambetov emphasized the importance of bringing qualified doctors back to Kyrgyzstan, stating: "The healthcare system needs dedicated professionals. The state is interested in our doctors returning, developing, and contributing to the health of the population. We are ready to provide comprehensive support and create conditions for comfortable work and life."
