
During his working trip to Russia, the Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kanibek Dosmambetov, held a meeting with Kyrgyz doctors working in Moscow.
According to information from the ministry's press service, the event took place at the Kyrgyz Embassy and gathered about 60 doctors who work in the city's healthcare system.

During the meeting, the minister spoke about current reforms in the medical field, plans for modernizing medical institutions, increasing salaries, as well as improving infrastructure and working conditions for medical workers, as reported by the press service.
In addition, significant attention was paid to issues of social support, professional growth, and ensuring decent conditions for young specialists.

"The modern healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan is in urgent need of qualified, motivated, and dedicated professionals. The state is interested in the return of our doctors and medical workers so that they can develop professionally and contribute to the health of the population. The ministry is ready to provide full support and create conditions for comfortable work and living," noted Kanibek Dosmambetov.
As a result of the meeting, several young specialists expressed their willingness to consider the possibility of returning and continuing their careers in healthcare organizations in Kyrgyzstan.
