In the same year, 2003, using his official position, the head of the NGO "Toboy" "S.T.D." fraudulently transferred strategic facilities of category "B", including water intakes, to the balance of his organization. These facilities, as well as land plots of 1.7 ha, 0.68 ha, and 1 ha with existing infrastructure, with a total value of 36,415,400 soms, were handed over to private ownership.
However, thanks to the investigative actions taken, the aforementioned life support facilities were returned to state ownership.
