The State Committee for National Security (GKNB) of Kyrgyzstan has confirmed the fact of illegal transfer of a land plot in the village of Tash-Dobo, Alamudun district.
As a result of operational investigative activities, it was established that several former officials of the Tash-Dobo ayil okmotu, acting together, unlawfully allocated a land plot of 1.01 hectares to R.E.R., which is located in the "Seil" territory in the Alamudun district of Chui region.
The Land and Water Supervision Service of the Ministry of Agriculture confirmed that there were violations of legislation during the transfer of this land plot.
In this regard, the GKNB of the Kyrgyz Republic has initiated a criminal case under Article 337, Part 3 of the country's Criminal Code. The suspect N.A.K. has been detained. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to identify other individuals involved in this offense.
