An illegal allocation of a land plot has been identified in the village of Tash-Dobo, located in the Alamudun district of the Chui region. This information was provided by the press service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to available data, a group of former officials from the Tash-Dobo rural administration, acting in collusion, illegally transferred a land plot of 1.01 hectares to a citizen R.E.R., which is located in the territory of "Seyil".
Based on these facts, a criminal case has been initiated in accordance with Article 337, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, as a result of which N.A.K. was detained.
Currently, investigative and operational actions are ongoing to identify other individuals involved in this case.
