According to law enforcement agencies, former officials of the Tash-Dobon rural council, acting in collusion, transferred this land plot, located in the "Seil" area, to citizen R.E.R. without adhering to legal procedures.
The Ministry of Agriculture, in the conclusion of its Land and Water Supervision Service, pointed out the existence of legal violations in the process of land allocation.
A criminal case has been initiated against the detained individual under Article 337, Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to identify other individuals who may be involved in this case.
