Based on his statement, a criminal case was opened under Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which concerns the illegal seizure of someone else's land plot and the violation of the intended use of land for agricultural purposes.
During the investigation, it was established that, according to data from the Sokuluk District branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography, this plot does not fall under land amnesty and is classified as agricultural land.

A suspect in the illegal seizure of a land plot was detained in Sokuluk.
As a result of operational-search activities, the identity of the suspect was established — it is D. G., born in 1961. She was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, the Sokuluk District Internal Affairs Department has received another 15 statements from citizens with similar complaints. All materials have been registered, and inspections are ongoing. The investigation continues.
