During the inspection, it was established that 43 citizens were illegally allocated plots with a total area of 10.75 hectares in the territory of the Kara-Buurin rural council, which became possible due to the forgery of resolutions of the rural council.
Operational data indicate that a total of 56 land plots were illegally provided in a similar manner.It has become known that the suspect, E. A. T., attempted to bribe officials to terminate the investigation against him and evade responsibility.
He is currently placed in a temporary detention facility, and investigative actions are being conducted to establish his involvement in the crime, as well as to identify other officials involved in these illegal activities.
