According to preliminary data, the woman, who gave birth on November 11, 2025, at home in Sokuluk, claims that her child showed no signs of life. After that, she reportedly placed the baby in a bag and threw it in the trash.
The agency noted that citizen A. F., born in 2002, arrived from Moscow three months ago. She is originally from the Osh region and worked as a waitress. The woman is divorced and has an older child who is with the paternal grandmother.
The Ministry also clarified that the suspect was not registered with the Sokuluk District Labor, Social Protection, and Migration Office as being in a difficult life situation or receiving benefits.

A dead infant found at a landfill: a 22-year-old mother detained in Sokuluk
Earlier, on November 12, around 12:30 PM, a local resident in the Sokuluk district of the Chui region discovered the body of a newborn girl at a landfill in the village of Komsomolskoye. The infant was found in a trash container, wrapped in a white bag and a black women's t-shirt.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 125 of the Criminal Code, concerning the murder of a newborn child by its mother.
During operational activities, law enforcement agencies were able to identify and detain the suspect. The woman is currently in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
