The woman noted that Rysbek, who often visited her acquaintance, gained Alexander's trust by coming with a man of European appearance. They brought alcohol but refused to drink themselves, explaining that they were driving. Alexander noticed more than once that the alcohol had a strange aftertaste reminiscent of "the bitterness of wormwood."
Elena also became suspicious when she heard from Alexander that Rysbek knew facts about his life that he had not previously shared.
Alexander's neighbor, Anvar, informed Elena that he had offered to exchange the apartment for another with a cash supplement, but Alexander refused, emphasizing his attachment to the inherited home.
Exchange for a room in a dormitory
As a result of manipulations, Alexander found himself in a situation where his two-room apartment in the center of Bishkek was exchanged for a room in a dormitory on Kolbaeva Street.On March 26, 2019, Rysbek and his companion came to him again, having brought alcohol the day before. The next day, Alexander was in serious condition and showed clear signs of alcohol intoxication. That day, he was taken to a notary located near the State Registration Office, where he signed a power of attorney in favor of Rysbek, allowing the alienation of his property.
Elena believes that at the time of signing the documents, Alexander could not adequately comprehend the consequences of his actions.
On March 27, 2019, taking advantage of the power of attorney, a sale transaction for the apartment was registered in the name of Rysbek's brother, Junusbek, at the Bishkek "Cadastre" office.
"It is particularly noteworthy that all documents were processed by the same notary. The transfer of rights from the grandmother to the son, then to the mother, and subsequently to Alexander occurred with minimal time intervals, raising questions about the quality of the notarial verification," Chasova emphasized.

Thanks to Elena Chasova's active actions, a criminal case was initiated. However, the case was transferred to the GKNB due to a conflict of interest, as one of the participants is a police officer. The investigation is progressing slowly, investigators are changing, but the actual circumstances have already been established.
Chasova noted that Alexander Parfenov experienced the loss of family, home, and complete helplessness, becoming homeless. Nevertheless, he survived.
"This story demonstrates the vulnerability of a person and the consequences that society experiences due to indifference and a formal approach to investigations. I hope that justice will prevail, and a legal assessment will be made regardless of ranks and positions," Chasova concluded.
