The woman reported that in June 2025, her nephew, known as P.A., persuaded her to issue him a General Power of Attorney to resolve issues concerning one of her plots.
“After receiving the power of attorney, he transferred another plot, measuring 6.5 acres, to his younger brother,” Aliyeva noted.
In December of last year, she filed a complaint with the Sokuluk District Internal Affairs Department requesting protection of her rights.
“So far, no actions have been taken by the police. Nephew P.A. and his brother are threatening me, and I have the relevant messages. I ask for necessary measures to be taken,” she added.
