A report to the police was made by a resident of the village of Nizhne-Chuyskoye around 7:30 AM on December 29, 2025. She reported that Rinat was knocking on her window, demanding that she come out, after which he hit and insulted the 41-year-old woman.
A protocol for the offense was drawn up against the man. During the court proceedings, he fully admitted his guilt and explained that he had come to his fellow villager asking her to wash his jacket, which led him to start knocking on the window. The woman responded with a harsh refusal, which provoked Rinat's anger, and he began to insult her.
The court found him guilty under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic and imposed a fine of 5,500 soms.
