After the statement was registered, necessary checks and search operations were conducted. During the operational activities, the girl's whereabouts were established, and she was handed over to the staff of the juvenile affairs inspection of the Karakol city internal affairs department.
During the interrogation with the participation of her legal representative, her mother, the girl reported that on January 7, 2026, in the village of Ak-Suu, she was sexually assaulted in an unfamiliar house.
This information was recorded, and a forensic medical examination was appointed. Since the incident occurred in the Ak-Suu district, the case materials were transferred there for further investigation.
The Ak-Suu district internal affairs department registered the case and initiated a criminal case under Article 157 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning sexual acts against individuals under the age of sixteen.
Suspects.
As part of the investigation, two residents of the village of Ak-Suu, O. U. and B. K., both born in 2006, were detained. According to preliminary data, the detainees admitted their guilt and, in accordance with Articles 96-97 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, were placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
