In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 211 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the theft of vehicles.
As a result of the operational activities carried out, police identified the suspects: N. A. (born in 2006), N. M. (born in 2009), and Sh. B. (born in 2008). The teenagers were detained and taken to the Internal Affairs Department for further investigative actions.
During the investigation, it became known that the stolen vehicle was involved in an accident and overturned.
The teenager N. A. was detained under Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility, while N. M. and Sh. B. were handed over to the custody of their parents.
