According to law enforcement agencies, the incident occurred on January 5, when a local resident, born in 1972, reported to the Panfilov District Department of Internal Affairs. He stated that around 6 a.m. near the "Nur" store in the village of Kaind, an unknown individual attacked him with a knife and inflicted several stab wounds before fleeing the scene.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning hooliganism.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the suspect was in a state of alcohol intoxication at the time of the crime.
Necessary examinations have been appointed, and investigative actions are ongoing.
