The incident occurred on January 5 in the city of Kainy, when around six o'clock in the morning, an unknown person attacked a 53-year-old local resident near the "Nur" store. During the attack, the victim was beaten and sustained injuries from a sharp object.
This case was recorded under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning hooliganism.
Law enforcement officers arrested the suspect, identified as E.Sh., born in 1998. The court ordered him to be held in custody for a period of two months.
According to preliminary information, the attack was committed while under the influence of alcohol.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
