Elnura reported that she is divorced from Danil's father, who is currently working in Russia. Therefore, all responsibilities for raising their son fell on her shoulders.
"I couldn't leave my son at home, so he often came to my work after school. He also sometimes went to the store. Danil always crossed the road only at the pedestrian crossing at the intersection of Gorky and Aydaraliyev streets, knowing all the traffic rules," she shared. She recounted that on October 7, Danil went to the store, but soon after, people came to her with terrible news — her son had been hit by a car.
"The doctors took us to Children's Hospital No. 3, but a few hours later, they informed me of his death. I was in complete shock. The next day, I informed my ex-husband about the tragedy, and he immediately flew to Bishkek. On October 8, we buried Danil. On the same day, the perpetrators of the accident came to us and tried to convince us that my son was to blame for running out onto the road, and the driver couldn't react in time. My ex-husband, believing them, wrote a counter-statement, but the investigator showed us evidence, and we refused that statement," Yuldasheva added.
She emphasized that the person responsible for the accident, Zh. E., born in 1984, was arrested and remained in the pre-trial detention center in Bishkek until December 7, and his car was placed in a tow lot.
"But recently I learned that his car, which was in the tow lot, was re-registered to another person. It previously belonged to the wife of the accused. We also found out that the car was released from the lot. The investigator said it was his decision since the suspect is in custody, and I shouldn't worry," she reported.

Now Elnura is worried that the perpetrator of the accident may be released from custody. She fears that he has connections that could help him evade responsibility.
"I just want justice and punishment for the person who hit my son. He was my everything; I lived for him. Since that day, I haven't worked and spend my time in the hospital. It is very hard for me. The wife and relatives of the perpetrator come and threaten me, asking how much I need to be paid to remain silent and write a counter-statement. I am asking for justice from the authorities of Kyrgyzstan," she concluded.
