Madanza Maloer, a 70-year-old resident of Bishkek, contacted the editorial office of Kaktus.media with a troubling story about violence from his son. He expressed dissatisfaction that law enforcement agencies are not taking the necessary actions.

In 2019, the man purchased a house in the village of Lebedinovka and built a car service station there. Due to the lack of a passport, the transaction had to be registered in the name of his son, I. M., born in 1986, who promised to support his father in old age.
The 70-year-old man reported that he was beaten by his own son over the house

"I built the service station and hoped that my son would work honestly. However, he turned out to be a gambler, and I had to pay off his debts. He often changed jobs and eventually went to Russia. When he returned after a year and a half, he was no longer the person I knew. He immediately began to threaten me, demanding that I leave the house, claiming that he had many connections and that the police would not stop him. While he was gone, people came to me demanding money," the man shared.

On October 20, the son came to the service station again with a woman who introduced herself as a lawyer and once more demanded eviction.

"This time he was extremely aggressive. He suddenly grabbed me, lifted me up, and threw me to the ground. I hit my head and lost consciousness. I woke up already in a chair, and my son was sitting on me. I barely managed to break free. My older son and daughters came to help and stopped him. After that, I was hospitalized," Madanza Maloer recounted.

He sustained a concussion and other injuries. Police officers came to the hospital, who registered his statement, but since then, no actions have been taken.

"I spent ten days in the hospital, then I was discharged and returned home. While I was there, I learned that my son had gone back to Russia. I am afraid that he will return and take revenge on me or try to evict me. He wants to take everything and throw me out on the street; it seems he is in debt again and intends to sell the house. I am terrified and asking for help," concluded Madanza Maloer.

The Sverdlovsk District Department of Internal Affairs in Bishkek confirmed that the incident has been registered in the Incident Log, and appropriate investigative actions are being conducted.
