During the hearings, it was revealed that Larisa Dolina refused to provide documents from the psychiatric dispensary, citing her status as a People's Artist of Russia.
The buyer of the apartment, Polina Lurie, demanded the forced eviction of the singer. Dolina's lawyer claimed that the money should be returned by the fraudsters, not her client.
As a result, the court granted Polina Lurie's claims and confirmed her ownership of the apartment, sending the case for reconsideration.
Lawyers note that Larisa Dolina is illegally residing in Lurie's apartment and can be evicted if she does not leave voluntarily.
