Candidates for deputies, Zhyldyzkan Joldoshova from district No. 8 and Yrgal Kadyralieva from district No. 9, have appealed to the Supreme Court to contest the verdicts of the Bishkek Administrative Court.

Recall that Zhyldyzkan Joldoshova, who received the highest number of votes and entered parliament through the women's quota, faced issues. The district electoral commission recognized the presence of violations at polling stations No. 5514 and 5249, which led to the annulment of the voting results at these stations and a change in the election outcomes. As a result, the Central Election Commission announced that candidate Nurjamal Torobekova had entered the Jogorku Kenesh.

Joldoshova filed a lawsuit in the Bishkek Administrative Court demanding the annulment of the Central Election Commission's decision. However, the court supported the position of the CEC.

Yrgal Kadyralieva faced a similar problem.

Additionally, the candidate for deputy from electoral district No. 26, Eldar Abakirov, is also contesting the Central Election Commission's decision regarding the election results.
