A suspect has been detained for unauthorized actions
In the Sokuluk district of the Chui region, in the village of Kozhomkul (formerly known as Voenno-Antonovka), there has been an illegal seizure of agricultural land with the commencement of construction work. This information was provided by the regional Department of Internal Affairs.
On January 16, law enforcement agencies were contacted by B.D., born in 1986, who reported illegal actions by unknown individuals. The work was being carried out on a plot of land measuring 3 hectares in contour No. 295.
As a result, a criminal case was initiated under Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigative authorities established that, according to information from the Sokuluk district branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, this plot is not subject to land amnesty and is intended for agricultural purposes.
During the investigation, a suspect, D.G., born in 1961, was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
