In the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic, it was reported about the discovery of a persistent corruption scheme in the sanatorium "Ysyk-Ata". Specialists established that some employees of the institution, abusing their powers, acted against the interests of the health resort. They organized a systematic embezzlement of funds received from the services provided, which contradicts established financial procedures.
According to the information, the sanatorium staff, taking advantage of clients' ignorance of the payment rules, received money directly, while payments through the designated terminals were not made, and information about patients was not recorded in the accounting journals.
As a result, a criminal case was initiated, within which the employees of the sanatorium "Ysyk-Ata" - S.E.S., E.A.A., A.G.O., and A.u.O. admitted their guilt and agreed to compensate for the damage caused to the state.
Investigative actions aimed at identifying and eliminating corruption schemes in state medical institutions are currently ongoing.
