As a result of the case review, a criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime as defined by Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal seizure of someone else's land plot and construction on agricultural land in violation of its intended use.
According to information from the Sokuluk District branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, this plot does not fall under land amnesty and is intended for agricultural use.
During operational activities, police officers identified the suspect — a citizen D.G., born in 1961. She was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Similar complaints from 15 citizens have also been registered at the Sokuluk District Department of Internal Affairs, and the materials are currently under review to clarify all circumstances of the case.
