According to information provided by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chuy Region, the incident occurred on December 25 at 8:00 PM.
According to the police, the conflict arose between youth from two villages over domestic issues. Later, a group of minors from Lenin gathered at the turn to Konstantinovka to meet their opponents, where the sign at the entrance to the settlement was damaged.
Information about the incident has been registered with the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Alamedin District. In connection with this fact, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Hooliganism."
Law enforcement officers have identified all participants in the incident. The teenagers were taken to the internal affairs department for clarification of the circumstances and then, considering their age, were handed over to the custody of their parents.
The investigation is ongoing.
