According to the information, on March 26, 2025, a citizen identified as S.S., born in 1987, filed a complaint with the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamedin District. He stated that in 2024, a citizen named M., having gained his trust, deceitfully took possession of several vehicles: a 2018 Toyota Hilux (worth $23,000), a 2003 Honda Stream ($7,000), and a 2018 Hyundai Sonata ($15,000), as well as stole $20,000 in cash. The fraudster promised to pay with construction concrete but soon disappeared.
Based on this information, a criminal case was initiated on the grounds of fraud as defined by Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In August 2025, the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Department of the Alamedin District issued a decision to charge a citizen identified as B.M. as a suspect. A measure of restraint in the form of arrest was chosen in absentia, after which he was declared wanted.
As a result of operational search activities, the whereabouts of the wanted B.M., born in 1988, were established. He was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing to identify other possible crimes committed by the detainee.
